ten rules.

  1. pick one mode per page. mode A (single acid dominant + black structure + one accent) or mode B (one hard-stop gradient). do not mix.
  2. monospace is the workhorse. courier new, andale mono, or consolas. this is unusual for unimpeccable. it's the school.
  3. one chromatic aberration headline. per page in product register, per major section in showcase. RGB split via text-shadow. ration it.
  4. one 3D rendered object. per major section. inline SVG with radial-gradient metallics. never a stock photo.
  5. type distortion required on at least one headline. transform: scaleY(1.4) or scaleX(0.6). or font-stretch ultra-condensed.
  6. one type-as-3D extrusion per page. stacked text-shadow. it's loud. use once.
  7. liquid blob in the bg, opacity 0.3 to 0.7. mix-blend-mode multiply or difference. behind content, never on top.
